After my new thing a few weeks ago of sit ups off my bed, I decided to see what other exercises I could do lying down. Trying to put the lazy back in physical fitness. (And the fact that I think I'm getting the flu and was in bed by 9.)
So I laid in bed and did 10 jumping jacks. Or star jumps as my friend from New Zealand called them. Which I kind of prefer, makes them sound prettier than they actually are. When lying down, they actually more resemble snow angels, except I wasn't getting good traction on my comforter, so it probably looked like I was convulsing.
